Judge Joe Knoblock's Vision

My goal is to make a difference in the community as a Justice of the Peace by holding people accountable while looking out for the welfare of the residents of my precinct.

Being Justice of the Peace is a full-time commitment and job. As Justice of the Peace I am responsible for Judicial decisions as well as Court Management functions. Annual fiscal budgets, presentation to the Board of Supervisors, committee meetings and personnel issues under the county merit rules are some of the management responsibilities.

As Justice of the Peace I am available on nights, weekends and holidays for telephonic search warrants. I am in rotation with other judges in our County for conducting weekend and holiday initial appearances for all newly arrested people incarcerated in the three county jails.

I have been serving the people of this area for over 10 years. I was the Sergeant of Patrol for the Cochise County Sheriff's Department for 6 years.

I am currently in my 5th year as Benson Justice of the Peace, Precinct #3

As I have listened to the concerns of the people in our community, I have tried to administer fair and impartial justice. I ask for your support in re-electing me to the position of Justice of the Peace, Precinct #3 so that I may continue to serve the people of this precinct with integrity, fairness and impartiality.
